This page starts from what you see on screen: find your symptom, read the likely cause and apply the
fix. If the problem persists, contact your organization's RecyTrax administrator and tell them the
screen, the exact message and what you were doing.
Signing in

Access and menus

Empty selection lists
An empty selection list almost always comes from missing or inactive administration data.

Refused operations

| A message saying an item no longer exists or has changed in the meantime | Someone else changed or deleted the item. | Refresh the page and check its current state. |
QR codes and camera

| "The camera is only available over a secure connection (HTTPS)." | Open RecyTrax through its https:// address. |
| "Camera access is denied…" | Allow the camera for RecyTrax in the browser settings (and in the device settings on iOS or Android). |
| "The camera couldn't start…" | Close the other apps using the camera, then reopen the scanner. |
| Code not accepted in the header scan | That scan only reads RecyTrax identification corners. For a unit label, scan from the search of the processing workstations. |
| The corner PDF does not open | The browser blocks pop-ups: the PDF is downloaded instead. Allow pop-ups for RecyTrax. |

Lost changes
On an inbound batch page, added units, identifications and labels are saved only when you click
Save. If you leave the page before, they are lost. At the degassing and dismantling
workstations, on the other hand, every action is saved immediately.
